Terms of Service for AIMIA

Last Updated: May 18, 2026

1. Your Relationship With Us

Welcome to AIMIA (the “Service”)! AIMIA is an Artificial Intelligence Motor that enables you to explore and interact with advanced AI tools. The services are powered by our proprietary orchestration technology, which interfaces with third-party Large Language Models (“LLMs”) including Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Kimi, and various Apache-2 licensed open-source models.

AIMIA is provided by Solutecia SAS, with its address at Calle 47 2BB 115, Buenos Aires, Medellín, Colombia (email: ventas@solutecia.com). These Terms of Service govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you and us, setting forth the terms and conditions by which you may access and use the Service.

2. Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Solutecia SAS, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services. You can only use the Services if you are 13 years or older.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Your continued access or use of the Services after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Your Account with Us

To access or use some of our Services, you may create an account with us and log in.

  • Accuracy: When you create your account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Security: You are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your account.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or violate any applicable laws.

4. Your Access to and Use of Our Services

You shall not and shall not permit or assist anyone to:

  • Use the Services or Output to develop applications, products, services, or models competing with the Services or us.

  • Use the Services for the purpose of engaging or assisting in illegal or high-risk activities, such as the development of weapons or fraudulent activities like scams or phishing.

  • Use the Services to generate, express, or promote content that is hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.

  • Use the Services in any manner that may infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Output or content from the Services by ways not expressly permitted by us, including scraping or automated data extraction.

5. Content (Input and Output)

During your use of the Services, you may submit prompts, text, or other materials (“Input”) to the Services, and receive responses generated based on your Input (“Output”).

  • Ownership: Between you and us, you own your Input. We do not claim ownership of the Output.

  • Accuracy: Given the nature of machine learning and artificial intelligence, the Output on AIMIA may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or false.

  • Reliance: Output is provided for reference purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and seeking expert guidance before acting on any Output.

6. Third-Party LLMs and Services

Because AIMIA utilizes a proprietary orchestrator to communicate with third-party LLMs (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Kimi, and others), your Input and communications will be shared with these third parties to generate the Output for you.

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies, which you must follow. Solutecia SAS does not provide and is not responsible for the Output generated solely by these third-party bots.

7. Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of any user who infringes on any copyrights or intellectual property rights. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at: ventas@solutecia.com.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusion of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR CONDITION TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO THEM. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUT OBTAINED BY YOU WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SECURE.

  • Limitation of Liability: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent dispute resolution and arbitration authorities located in Medellín, Colombia.
